At the beginning of 2016 Nadim took over the practice of Peter Hustler, who practiced law in Cobourg for over 40 years. Nadim began his legal career in Campbellford.
Having established himself as the successor to Peter Hustler, Nadim enjoys connecting with clients and providing transactional and operational to business owners in the community. He is pleased to serve clients throughout Northumberland County with a focus on corporate law and estate planning, and regularly works with his clients’ accountants to execute on tax plans, sales, and acquisitions of businesses. One of his favourite things to do, however, is help local business owners set their businesses up for success.
Prior to joining Hustler Kay Kurji and McCourt, Nadim worked on high-profile corporate cases in Toronto, as well as built legal education programs ranging from Construction Law, Shareholder Activism, and Immigration Law to Anti-Money Laundering.
Nadim grew up in a small town North of the GTA, and is glad to have been able to put down his roots in Cobourg. He is recognized for his instant ability to put clients at ease and suggest sensible solutions to challenging situations.
Outside of the practice of law, Nadim is a musician, writer, martial arts enthusiast and voracious consumer of new knowledge.
